Boeing

We help current and former Boeing (ticker symbol: BA) employees navigate the comprehensive compensation and benefits package, especially around the Pension portion and the changes that have happened.

The compensation package is designed to attract and retain top talent across all levels of the organization, and we help clients maximize their opportunities.

Here's an overview:

1. Retirement Benefits:

401(k) Plan: Boeing provides a best-in-class 401(k) retirement plan with a generous company match. For eligible nonunion employees, Boeing matches contributions dollar for dollar, up to 10% of eligible pay. This plan also includes a Student Loan Match feature, allowing qualified student loan payments to count toward the company match.

Pension Plan: While Boeing previously offered defined benefit pension plans, many have been frozen, meaning that some or all workers currently covered under the plan will no longer experience increases in the value of their pension. New employees who are not already participating in the pension plan are not eligible to enter.

2. Executive Compensation:

Base Salary: Boeing offers competitive base salaries to its executives, benchmarked against industry standards.

Annual Incentives: Executives are eligible for annual bonuses based on individual and company performance, aligning their interests with organizational goals.

Long-Term Incentives (LTI): To promote sustained company performance, Boeing grants long-term incentives, typically in the form of equity-linked instruments such as stock options and restricted stock units (RSUs).

3. Additional Benefits:

Health and Insurance: Boeing offers comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, along with life and disability coverage, to support employees' health and well-being.

Paid Time Off (PTO): Employees receive paid vacation, holidays, sick leave, parental leave, military leave, and more, with provisions varying by country and based on legal requirements and competitive market practices.

Tuition Assistance: Through the Learning Together Program, Boeing provides generous tuition assistance, including partnerships with accredited colleges and universities, to help employees develop their skills or learn new ones.

Well-Being Programs: Boeing offers a range of well-being programs, including fitness classes and employee assistance programs, to support employees' physical and mental health.

Please note that specific details of compensation and benefits can vary based on individual roles, agreements, and tenure. For the most accurate and personalized information, employees should consult Boeing's Human Resources department or refer to official company documentation.
